Privacy-First by Design
We collect anonymous engagement data to improve Stash, but never your tab content. Here's exactly what happens — and what doesn't.
- No personal data is collected. We don't track you, store cookies, or gather any information about you.
- All sharing happens locally in your browser. Stash selection and link generation occur entirely on your device.
- No personal data is transmitted to external servers. The only thing sent is the share link you choose to send.
- Shared links contain only tab URLs and titles. These are user-selected and encoded directly into the link itself.
- Links expire automatically. Shared content cannot be accessed once a link expires.
- We use PostHog (cookieless mode) for analytics. We collect anonymous page views and clicks only—no cookies, no persistent identifiers. Your tab URLs and titles live entirely in the share link and are never seen or processed by us.
